It is located in the western suburb of Navi Mumbai; Sagar Vihar is a well-appointed society with an abundance of upscale restaurants and hotels. The best part is that the area is a short commute from the city center. There are two crucial bus stations in the neighbourhood, one in Vashi & the other in Apna Bazar. The area has numerous medical and dental practitioners and a sprinkling of posh shops. The site is also home to several parks and public artworks. The town is also home to several universities, including the prestigious Anjuman-E-Islam English High School. It’s no surprise that the area has attracted some high-profile resident.
In addition to its plentiful occupants, the area is brimming with activities and events. The site is also a hub for various government agencies, including the Vashi district admin, the NMMC, & the CIDCO. It was deemed a worthy contender to be the new NMMC headquarter after the previous occupants vacated the throne. The area also sports an exciting sprinkling of students, some of whom are a few years out of college.
Despite the buzz around the neighborhood, the area remains relatively free from rampant urban calamity. Fortunately for the residents of Sagar Vihar, there is a reason to believe that things will only get better as time progress
