Jewel of Navi Mumbai

It is located near Nerul in Navi Mumbai; Jewel of Navi Mumbai is a jogging trail built around a backwater lake. There is a 3.2 km jogging track and a couple of kilometers of a walking path. There are benches and open spaces for children to play and people to rest. The park has a 29-foot flamingo statue made of scrap materials.

The Jewel of Navi Mumbai is free to visit the park. There is a jogging track, a public washroom, benches, and an open area for kids to play. The flamingo statue weighs 1.5 tons and stands 29 feet high. The flamingo is meant to raise awareness about flamingos.

Navi Mumbai has various facilities, such as schools, shopping malls, and five-star hotels. Several leading banks in the city include Axis Bank, Saraswat Bank, Citibank India, Union Bank of India, Canara Bank, and many more. The town has several healthcare centers, such as Apollo Hospitals and Fortis Hiranandani Hospital. The MITR Hospital is also located in Kharghar.

Maharashtra’s government has acquired several villages in the vicinity of the city. These include Ghansoli, Panvel, Kamothe, and Kalamboli. There is a community feud in the Ghansoli area. However, the site is also a tourist destination.

The first line of the Navi Mumbai Metro is under construction. The first phase will connect Pendhar village to the CBD Belapur stations on the Mumbai suburban railway. NMMC and MMRDA will construct the second & third lines. There are six stations on the first line.

Many hotels in Navi Mumbai include the Four Points by Sheraton, the Regenza by Tunga, and the Royal Tulip. There are many restaurants & shops to choose from, as well. The city is also home to the Fortis Hiranandani Hospital and the Juhu Village. The Reserve Bank of India is headquartered in Navi Mumbai.

The city is a significant business hub in the state of Maharashtra. It has been rated the third cleanest city in India in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. It’s a hub for several multinational corporations. The city has a population of about 1,119,477. The average elevation of the town is 14 meters. The city is a popular day trip destination. The city’s very low traffic density and the police are virtually nonexistent.

The city is well connected to another city by road and railways. It is easy to access from Mumbai. The town has several entry points, including Mankhurd, Vashi, & Mankhurd. The city is also served by the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport, which runs from various areas of Mumbai to Navi Mumbai. The town is connected to other cities by the Thane-Belapur road.

The city is a rapidly growing & developing region. Several new hotels in the city and the first line of the Navi Mumbai Metro will connect the town to the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport.
